We had Hog Heaven cater a work function for 40+ people and we were amazed at how good it was! The pulled pork melted in your mouth. The Kielbasa was phonominal. They were on time and very professional. We will not be using anyone else for our business lunches any longer. We attended a party catered by Hog Heaven and loved the food. So, on our way home we stopped. The building looked run down but we figured the food could still be good. I love dives! When we entered, flies where buzzing everywhere. We ordered our food at the counter. It was a overpriced for the quantity, quality as well as the atmosphere they provide. Up until the point I found a long black hair in my pulled pork, we would have concluded that the restaurant was ok but no big deal. When I returned the plate, the server took it and went back into the kitchen. She came out a few minutes latter and stated " were're all blondes in the kitchen." They offered not compensation. Maybe it was just a fluke, but the food quality was ok but overpriced.

It is no lie they make there own sauce and it is amazing. I have been all over and had barbecue in some of the finest places, I recently got back from a long trip frist Texas then Tennesse both known for their barbecue, however I must say it just doesn't compare to the Hog. So thank you Hog Heaven!!!!

The first thing you notice about Hog Heaven is how many cars are in the parking lot. Baily is relatively small, but Hog Heaven does a brisk business, and for good reason. We never drive anywhere west of there without stopping, and often stop on the way back. All we've ever tried is the brisket, but I don't need to try anything else. The sauce is bottled, but they swear it's their recipe, and I have to admit it's quite good. The brisket is juicy, as it should be, and the portions are very generous. Even the tacky flying-pig decor sort of grows on you after a few visits.
